Priced per square foot. Minimum charges apply. All refreshes include eco-conscious products and that signature Premier Concierge by Illume finish. Pricing reflects standard home condition. Homes requiring additional attention due to heavy soil or extended neglect will be quoted individually following your consultation.

An initial consultation — in person or via video walk-through sent by text — is required before every service. This ensures accurate pricing and a tailored experience.

Pricing listed reflects standard home condition. Homes requiring additional time due to heavy soil or extended neglect are quoted following the consultation walk-through.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve all services

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit

Pricing covers the NWA service area; travel fees may apply beyond 25 miles of Bentonville

All pricing subject to change; rate locked at time of booking
