A consultation is required before every service. We offer in-person walk-throughs or an in-depth video tour of your space sent via text — whichever works best for you. This allows us to assess your home's needs and provide accurate, personalized pricing before we ever arrive.
Because every home deserves to sparkle.
Priced per square foot. Minimum charges apply. All refreshes include eco-conscious products and that signature Premier Concierge by Illume finish. Pricing reflects standard home condition. Homes requiring additional attention due to heavy soil or extended neglect will be quoted individually following your consultation.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve all services
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit
Pricing covers the NWA service area; travel fees may apply beyond 25 miles of Bentonville
