A consultation is required before every service. We offer in-person walk-throughs or an in-depth video tour of your space sent via text — whichever works best for you.

Priced per square foot. Minimum charges apply. All refreshes include eco-conscious products and that signature Premier Concierge by Illume finish. Pricing reflects standard home condition.
The Spark
This is not a quick once-over. It's a deliberate, ceiling-to-floor renewal carried out with the kind of attention most cleaners simply don't slow down enough to give. Every visit is an act of care — because we genuinely believe your home should feel like a gift every time you walk through the door.
- Dusting ceiling to floor, including high surfaces up to 16 feet
- Ceiling fans dusted thoroughly
- Wall décor and furniture dusted with intention
- Counters wiped clean throughout
- Inside of microwave cleaned; appliance fronts wiped down
- Stove hood wiped and degreased
- Wood surfaces treated with wood cleaner

- Toilet bowl brush container cleaned (the detail others skip)
- Vacuuming throughout, including under sofas as far as possible without moving furniture
- Mopping with meticulous, edge-to-edge detail
The Shine
Everything in The Spark, taken significantly deeper. We get into the places most cleaners walk right past — on our hands and knees on your baseboards, inside your cabinet doors, along every door frame. Plan for 2–3× the time of a standard visit. This is a true reset.

With no furniture in the way, every surface is fully exposed — which means every surface must be addressed. We get into every corner because that's just how we do things. Whether you're handing over keys or receiving them, this is the clean that closes one chapter beautifully and opens the next one right.

As part of our organizing, downsizing, or move support services, we identify items with resale value and handle everything — photographing, listing, buyer communication, and coordination.

An initial consultation — in person or via video walk-through sent by text — is required before every service. This ensures accurate pricing and a tailored experience.
Pricing listed reflects standard home condition. Homes requiring additional time due to heavy soil or extended neglect are quoted following the consultation walk-through.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve all services.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit.
Pricing covers the NWA service area. For appointments more than 20 miles from Bella Vista, AR, a mileage fee of $0.70 per mile is charged for each mile beyond the 20-mile radius.
