Booking Policies
A consultation is required before every service — in person or video walk-through via text
A 50% deposit is required to reserve all services after your consultation
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit
Pricing listed reflects standard home condition. Heavy-soil homes are quoted after walk-through
Travel fees may apply beyond 25 miles of Bentonville
